What gets collected

To book, you give us a name, a number, an email and the street address the appliance is at. The form on this site collects those same details plus whatever you type into the message.

Alongside that sits a note of the machine, the fault found and the parts fitted. It exists so a warranty query months down the line can be answered without making you retell the story.

Why any of it is held

Your number and email are there to confirm the slot, to warn you the van is close, and to reach you if a warranty question ever arises. The street address gets the van to the correct door. The service record is what makes the ninety days enforceable.

What never happens to it

Nothing is sold, nothing is rented, nothing goes to a marketing firm. Calling about a dryer does not put you on a mailing list. Your address reaches nobody outside the people scheduling or performing the repair.

The only outsiders involved

Card details are processed by the payment provider and are never stored here. Where a component ships directly to your house, the supplier gets the delivery details and nothing more. On an ordinary job that is the complete list.

How long it stays on file

Several years, because warranty questions and insurance matters both surface later than anybody expects. Want yours gone sooner? Ring the office and everything we are not legally required to retain is deleted.

This website

Basic analytics show which pages get read. The data is aggregated and identifies nobody individually. No advertising trackers run here and no audience data leaves this site.

What you can ask for

A copy of your file, a correction to something in it, or deletion of the record altogether. One phone call starts any of those, and you are told what was done rather than left guessing.

Changes to this page

Any change comes with a change to the date at the top. What gets collected will not quietly expand without appearing here first.
