Warranty
Every finished repair carries ninety days on the part that went in and on the work of putting it there. What follows is the whole of it: start date, exclusions, and how a claim gets raised.

01
Ninety calendar days, counted from the date on your invoice, applying to the component fitted and to the workmanship involved. Spot a defect in either inside that span and we want to hear about it in writing.
Approved claims are settled one of three ways, and the choice is ours: the work gets redone, the component gets replaced, or you get back what you paid for that service and that part.
02
Day one is the day the repair was finished. Not the day you first rang, not the day the part was ordered.
The expiry date is printed on the invoice. Keep it, or keep a photograph of it, and no claim will ever need more proof than that.
03
A fresh fault on the same machine is new work, not a warranty visit. Excluded: blockages of any description, damage that traces back to the way the machine was used, and foreign objects that found their way into pumps, motors or other moving assemblies.
Cosmetic and non-functional parts are not covered: shelving, tubs, baskets, tanks, outer panels, trim, handles, glass, doors and their linings, and anything structural in the cabinet. Supply lines feeding the machine are excluded whether or not we touched them. Appliances in commercial or industrial service are outside the cover, and so are machines whose manufacturer has stopped making parts for them.
04
Relocate the appliance away from where it was repaired and the cover on that work ends with the move.
Cover also ends where the first complaint returns and curing it calls for a fresh part rather than a correction to our own work.
05
Fit a component you sourced yourself and that component carries no cover from us, because its history is unknown on this side of the transaction.
No claim gets honored while any part of the original quoted amount is still owed.
06
Write to us promptly. Quote the invoice date and describe what the machine is doing now.
Every claim is inspected and approved before work is scheduled. Once it is approved, the return visit is booked the way the first one was: a day and a window, agreed on the phone.
Phone the office and ask about it. None of this was drafted to trip anybody up, and explaining a clause takes less time than arguing about one later.
